Private lesson tuition is paid for in full by the session. A trial lesson will be given free of charge. Tuition for Beginner’s Session/Full Session is due following the free trial lesson. Tuition may be paid in two installments which will incur an additional fee of $50.00.
Tuition can be paid online, over the phone, or by giving a check to your private instructor at your first lesson.
The invoice sent will reflect all of the lessons offered on your lesson day of the week during a given session.
Sessions may be prorated dependent on your start date.
Make-Up Policy
Lessons missed by your teacher for any reason will be made up individually.
Violin, Viola, Cello, and Voice Lessons
Lessons missed by a student can be made up by attending the group makeup class given for that current session.
Your private teacher will provide you with the date and time of the class.
Lessons missed by the student will not be refunded or made up individually .
Piano Lessons
Lessons missed by the student will not be refunded.
Your private teacher will provide you with one individual makeup class for the session (length of one regular lesson).
When choosing your lesson day and time, please check the Instrument Study tab carefully as different weekdays incur different charges depending on the calendar and holidays.
Instrument Rental Policy
String instruments are available to rent at $5/week.
Credit card/check/cash payments can be made to KB Strings and will be invoiced directly to you.
Rentals are free during the summer session and are included in the beginner package.
